Hello everyone! This is the first of many BLOG entries I look forward to posting here on a regular basis. Years ago I used to publish a monthly newsletter called the “Power Press” and I was thinking that now would be a good time to bring back those publications once more. Many things have changed throughout the years in the way of technology and I thought that creating a BLOG would be the perfect way to begin publishing regularly again. I like to have the title on the top to read “What would a millionaire do?” because everything we do begins in thought, whether it be losing weight, being a non-smoker, or even taking the consistent actions to becoming a millionaire.

So with that in mind, what are the consistent actions you are taking to hitting millionaire, or even BILLIONAIRE status? For those of you reading this who have attended any of my seminars, you will recall that you are the average of the five people you most associate with. So what are those five people like? Are some of those five people millionaires or are most of them people earning the same, if not less than you? Are these five people attending advanced financial educations programs like you are or are they the ones asking you, “So, you’re going to another seminaaaar?”

So what are you doing to play the financial game better? What are the multiple streams of income you are creating right now? While many of the readers of this newsletter are no doubt receiving better education in their chosen vehicle for making money, the ultimate question is what is being done to creatively branch off that vehicle into other vehicles as well. For example, let’s say your chosen vehicle is real estate investing. What are you doing to branch that vehicle off into making you income through the Internet? Are you putting your skills as a real estate investor to good use by coaching others or even public speaking? These are all avenues that you may want to consider on a small or even large scale. Others have certainly done it, so when would be the right time for you to now take action and do the same? I think you know that the answer is now.

I am happy to say that next week I get to facilitate another Elite Mastermind Summit in my new mansion. This is far and away my favorite event to teach because it’s just me with a small handful of people. This next one is sure to be a very exciting one without a doubt. I also have another Turning Point seminar coming up which is on October 7th and 8th in San Francisco. This will be our second Turning Point in the “City By The Bay” this year and I am looking forward to returning there. So whether you have never attended or would like to re-attend this event, be sure to contact my office soon to pre-register as seating is limited and we expect this event to fill-up quickly.

Lastly, this BLOG is the small start of a much larger project which is the redesign of the sylver.com website. So stay tuned for that and more information as it develops!

Thank you for the passion you inspire. Thank you for your creativity. Thank you for being YOU. Thank you for for pushing me to my limits. It is only then that I can see that my limits are barely the biginning of my new path. Love always SL.

Thanks for inspiring me to be me and the best me possible. You have an amazing gift in bringing out the best in people. I recently heard you speak at J Scott Scheel's seminar in San Francisco, and just from that brief time you were there, you made such an impact on my life and the way I think.

Thanks again and I hope to attend one of your Turning Point's in the future.

One of my favorite Marshall quotes is "The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the questions you ask". Attending his seminars has given me the courage to take a leap of faith and start a new pretty successful career in sales. This quote is so true when it comes to sales!

      Marshall,
Thank you for inspiring me to achieve more in my life. Though I believe myself to be a highly self-motivated and self-disciplined guy, I know there is fear and uncertainty in me that is holding me back from achieving my full potential and of course, becoming the millionaire I want to be. I recently listened to you speak at a Real Estate & Wealth Expo and, after listening to you, already feel empowered. I even signed up for your upcoming 2 day seminar..."The Turning Point". Not only am I attending, I am taking someone along with me so they too can be empowered to make some positive changes in their life. I would like to thank you for your enthusiasm, knowledge, and inspiration you convey and look forward to the upcoming seminar.
      POWER!!

Dear Marshall, Like everyone else I want to thank you for the blessing you are in my life. I saw you for the first time at the Wealth Expo and my life has never been the same. You are a thoughtful, wonderful person. I was at the WIA conference this past weekend and had the honor of being a part of your show. You hypnotized me so quickly, I didn't get a chance to thank you for all that you have done for me. Thank you Marshall.

      Marshall,
This week I had my first dialog with a potential customer (home owner/seller) and it was a great experience. I have been implementing the "act as if" behavior into my self-reprogramming and the results have been powerful. I retired last year from a very successful 25 year career as a mechanical engineer doing spacecraft design. Real Estate is very different and I have been able to bring forward talents I developed in my aerospace career to apply to my RE investment business. While I had previously performed presentations regularly thoughout my previous career, I have been building on that skill with the material I have learned from your seminars and audio media. Great Stuff!
Thanks for providing a phenomenal vehicle that is about success in all aspects of life. Your MMP in Orlando earlier this month was awesome.
      Thanks, Ed

      Marshall,
Your website is awesome. It must have been some challenge, although as we all know, it would be no challenge to you, because if you view a challenge as no challenge, then there is no challenge.

      Marshall,

I look forward to your blog. In a sense, it makes you one of my five. Some months ago, I sent you a modern translation of Epictetus's Art of Living. He says that the influence of others can be likened to coals. Either the live one ignites the other or the dead one snuffs out the live one. Thanks for reminding me of that fundamental truth. See you in San Francisco in October.

      Best,

      Terry

      Dear Marshall,
I heard you speak at the Wealth Retreat with Robert Allen in Dallas a few days ago, and I have a few questions about what you said.
You said that I believe whatever I tell myself, right? Well, I feel like I don't like the career I've chosen (Real Estate Agent). How do I know if I really don't like it, or if I'm just telling myself I don't like it so that I don't give it my all, or maybe I won't expect much from myself. Is there a difference? I've been working in this field for the past six years and I've wanted to quit so many times, but I love the paychecks, I hate the problems, and I really don't think it's a fun job. Should I keep my career and convince myself that I love it, or should I seek out something I really love? I really want to be an inventor, but I haven't yet figured out where to start.
I really enjoyed your show. Your voice is amazing. Where can I learn to do that with my voice? You made me want to be a hypnotist!!!!
Another question I have is how can I control my internal dialog? It says negative things to me even though I tell myself not to think those thoughts, and when I get upset, my negative internal dialog gets louder and louder the more I try to ignore it. I know that you'll say I'm telling myself that. But I told myself to not think those thoughts and they still were there.
Anyway, my husband and I are scheduled to come to your Turning Point seminar in Chicago in December. We are excited to eat fire and break boards. You've replaced T.Harv Eker as my favorite speaker/mentor. Way to go!!!
